Email

We offer a number of email options depending on your needs.

1. Use your existing email address

This is the simplest option, and the one you should use if you are technically challenged. We put a link on your website that opens your visitor's email editor with your address already added to the address bar. When they send an email, it will arrive in your mail box as normal.

2. Domain linked email (info@your-domain.co.uk)

If you prefer, we can set you up with a domain linked email. There are two methods of receiving and sending emails by this method.

Email forwarding

Emails sent to info@your-domain.co.uk address are forwarded to your normal email address. However, if you want to send emails from info@your-domain.co.uk, you will need to configure your email editor to do this, which can be tricky if you don't know how.

Email mail box

We set up an online web editor that you can log into. This is a bit like having a dedicated email system for your business. The editor functions like your normal email, although it might take a while to get the hang of. If you don't know how to configure your current email editor to send and receive emails with your domain email, we suggest you opt for an email mail box.
