The Website Design Studio services includes specialist website design for musicians.Why do musicians need websites?
You may be a solo artist, a vocalist or play a musical instrument. You may be part of a choir, orchestra or band.
Whatever your involvement with music, a website will help promote your talent and advertise your services, concerts or gigs.
Your visitors will be able to see what you do, hear samples of your repertoire and even download or buy tracks. You can also use a music website to inform visitors of special events, concerts or your fees for commissioned performances. No serious musician should be without one.
Our packages
We offer a number of packages designed to meet the web design needs and budgets of professional musicians of all kinds ranging from classical musicians and vocalists to rock bands. The standard packages designs are based on the normal web page layout (header, main content area and a footer). If you require something different, the bespoke package is probably more appropriate.
All of the packages include a .co.uk domain name, hosting for one year (hosting fee is £39.99 per year from year two onwards), a dedicated email address and forwarding to your main email address.
1. Single page website for musicians – from £50 (depending on graphic design input, pages and functionality)
A single (long) page that can contain sections on:

► Repertoire
► Concerts
► Contact details
The page can contain up to five images.
The page can also contain any of the optional add-ons listed below.

2. Brochure website for musicians – from £125 (depending on graphic design input, number of pages and functionality)
Simple, five-page website consisting of:
► Home page
► About page
► Press or events page
► Samples page
► Contact page
The samples page contains an Mp3 player where you can include up to 12 sample tracks.
3. Sell music downloads website for bands and musicians – from £250 (depending on graphic design input, number of pages and functionality)
Simple, five-page website consisting of:
► Home page
► About page
► Press or events page
► Gallery
► Samples page
► Contact page
The samples page contains an Mp3 player where you can include up to 12 sample tracks. It also contains a facility for selling five tracks using the PayPal payment system.

4. Optional add-ons - web design for bands and musicians
Any of our musicians’ websites include the option to have additional features:
► Image changers – which show rotating images on any page of your website £30

► Statistics – keep track of how many visitors your website receives £13
► Content Management System (CMS) – allows you to update text and images on your computer at any time, on any computer. £35

5. Bespoke website design for musicians and bands from £400
If you prefer an individual website that will be totally unique, The Website Design Studio also offers a bespoke web design service for musicians. This service includes a design phase where the pages are laid out for client approval. Since these types of site are built from scratch, fees start at bout £400.
